Traxler Tees lands deal with Prince Peter Collection
Prince Peter Collection "What's New Pussy Cat" T-shirt was the cat's meow (get it?!) For celebrities recently. Maxwell, Katy Perry, Russell Brand, Kelly Osbourne and Susan Sarandon have all been spotted wearing the shirt with a picture of a blinged-up black cat.
What's this $65 tee got to do with Columbus? Traxler Tees is one of the few printers of the design company's T-shirts, including "What's New Pussy Cat." Traxler Tees' retail location, The Shop , and 83Gallery in the Short North will sell the designer shirts.
The connection to Prince Peter Collection and Columbus is Scott Yonker, a master silk screen printer and part owner of 83Gallery, said Traxler Tees' Zachary Traxler. Yonker put Traxler in touch with a contact he had there and they were soon hammering out details of a contract. It was finalized Sept. 30.
